Glioblastomas, an aggressive type of brain cancer, have seen the highest increase in incidence among adolescents and young adults (15-39 years old) in France between 2000 and 2020, increasing by an average of 6.11% per year. While relatively rare, these tumors, which affect cells supporting and protecting neurons, are more commonly found in older individuals.
